The world has changed dramatically over the last 20 years regarding how people and companies purchase goods & services and distributors need to adjust to these changes to stay competitive.
Often times a customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM system will contain several custom reports written with SQL or fetchXML. When working with relational data, there are often multiple ways to query the data.
Whenever there is a new release of CRM, I’m often asked if there are any technical gaps between the Online & onPremise product that would drive a client to pick one over the other. For the most part there isn’t, but I did find some gaps within the Microsoft CRM reporting capabilities.
Here at Beringer Associates, we deal with a great number of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers. Some, we have noticed, are using the Google Chrome web browser to access the CRM web site. Microsoft recommends Internet Explorer as the access point to the CRM web app,
