Recently, we encountered an issue with Dynamics 365 where the Activity Dropdown no longer displays options for activities when attempting to add them directly to the related record. It would display a message stating "No Options Available" or it would stay stuck "Loading" like in the below screenshot.

News from the Microsoft Convergence Event
This past week our CRM team attended the annual Microsoft Convergence event in Houson. I thought I would share some information from this event.
Attendance was up significantly this year with over 10,000 attendees. I personally see this as a positive sign of businesses relaxing the travel budget and increased interest in IT projects this year.
