Microsoft Dynamics CRM Resource Center Link Missing After Update

Due to recent updates on CRM systems – Update Rollup 12 or preparing to convert from LiveID systems to Office365 Portal management – the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Resource Center link in the lower left corner has gone missing.

The Resources link leads to all sorts of information, including details for support, billing, and other useful things related to MS CRM.

I searched on this issue and couldn’t find an answer, so I opened an MS partner support ticket with Microsoft to diagnose the problem. I found out that this change is by design. However, the content from the Resource Center is still available but on a separate site.
